Rapper DMX, real name Earl Simmons, is in hot fire with the courts. He apparently broke out of his deal with Amusing Diversions Inc., who he signed a contract with to promote their line of canine apparel at concerts, on TV shows, and public appearances.
Let’s face it when was the last time DMX had a concert? Unfortunately, because of his lack of communication with the company and not responding to court hearings she was ordered to pay a fine of $242,000.
Simmons longtime lawyer, Murray Richman, claims he never heard of the case and assumes that the rapper did not have any legal support on the case. Amusing Diversions In. makes caps, scarves, raincoats and bombers for canines and even dressed Simmons pooch Boomer 129.
